But it's definitely close enough to almost never have to adjust the gain on whatever player I play them through, maybe 1-2% or so and most notably tracks which are quite for the majority with just a short loud section,

So now you're admitting it's not something that has been introduced in 2020 like your original post claims.Īfraid I don't use Windows, I use the command line version in Linux and have over 16,000 files analysed with it, all with the -r flag to treat each track individually (ignoring albums) and adjust the mp3 file with undo tags stored (rather than only store RB tags.) Sure not every single track is perfect, but that's expected with any automatic analysing and RB also doesn't work perfect for every single track in other software I've had that stores it separately (EG Mixxx).
